El Sol Chapter of ABWA has been around for over 45 years. We serve the greater Tucson area and meet monthly for
a dinner meeting which includes a business/market relevant speaker.
El Sol also has a ton of fun, no matter what we do. El Sol is a member of the Arizona Regional Council which supports
Chapters and Networks all over Arizona. Through our affiliation with the council (ARC) we participate in state-wide
events such as Leadership Retreat, Round Up, Showcase as well as supporting the functions and events of the individual teams.

El Sol currently has over 35 members and we are having a growth spurt. We are striving for Best
Practices in 2012 which provides national recognition. Over one-half of our membership actively participates in the
on-line training experience offered on the national website (known as WIN - Women's Instructional Network).
El Sol is always looking for ways to have fun while lending a helping hand in our community. We currently help
support local charities Miracle Square and Children's Village. We host a Day at the Races every February at Rillito
Downs and put on a fantastic Fashion Show every year.
